How much does pressure washing cost in San Diego?

What is the Curb Appeal Package?
The Curb Appeal Package is a house wash and a driveway clean in one visit, with a free window rinse, at one flat price based on the size of your home. Starter (home up to 1,500 sq ft, driveway up to 400 sq ft) is $720, Standard (up to 2,200 sq ft and 600 sq ft) is $1,060, and Large (up to 3,000 sq ft and 800 sq ft) is $1,440. Larger homes and driveways get a custom quote, and we book only 6 packages a week.

Is soft washing safe for my roof, plants and pets?
Yes. Roofs and house exteriors are cleaned with a low-pressure soft wash instead of high pressure, so tile, shingle, stucco and paint are not damaged. We prepare and protect plants and surrounding areas before we start, and use cleaners that are safe for plants, pets and property.
How often should I pressure wash my driveway?
Most San Diego homes look best with a driveway and concrete cleaning about once a year. Shaded areas, homes near the coast and driveways with oil or algae may need it more often. Sealing the concrete after cleaning helps it stay clean longer.
Do you clean solar panels?
Yes. We clean residential rooftop and ground-mounted solar panels with de-ionized water and soft brushes, with no abrasive chemicals and no high pressure. Clean panels let more sunlight reach the cells.
Do you work on businesses and commercial properties?
Yes. We clean storefront entries, walkways, parking areas and other commercial concrete, as well as homes.
